These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the Top Bin Customs website and the purchase of any products from us. By accessing our website or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.


1. ABOUT US


Top Bin Customs (“we”, “our”, “us”) provides custom football boot personalisation products. All items are made to order based on customer specifications.


2. PRODUCTS & CUSTOM ORDERS


All products sold by Top Bin Customs are custom-made and personalised according to the details provided by the customer at the time of order.


It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that all customisation details (including spelling, numbers, and placement) are correct before completing the order.


Once an order has been placed, customisation details cannot be changed.


3. ORDERING & PAYMENT


  • Orders are subject to acceptance and availability

  • Payment must be made in full at the time of ordering

  • Payments are processed securely via third-party providers 

 

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion.

 

4. PRICING

 

All prices are displayed in GBP (£) and include any applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.

 

We reserve the right to change prices at any time, but this will not affect orders that have already been confirmed.


5. SHIPPING & DELIVERY


Shipping times are provided as estimates only and may vary due to demand or external factors.


Top Bin Customs is not responsible for delays caused by postal or courier services once an order has been dispatched.


Please ensure your delivery address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for orders delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.


6. RETURNS & REFUNDS


Due to the personalised nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges for:

  • Change of mind

  • Incorrect customisation details provided by the customer


This does not affect your statutory rights.


7. FAULTY OR DAMAGED ITEMS


If your order arrives faulty or damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

  • Your order number

  • Clear photographs showing the issue


If a fault is confirmed, we will offer a replacement or refund where appropriate.


8. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY


All content on this website, including logos, designs, images, text, and graphics, is the property of Top Bin Customs and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without prior written permission.


9. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY


To the fullest extent permitted by law, Top Bin Customs shall not be liable for:

  • Any indirect or consequential losses

  • Losses arising from misuse of our products

  • Losses beyond our reasonable control

Nothing in these Terms limits your statutory consumer rights under UK law.


10. USE OF OUR PRODUCTS


Our products are designed for football boots and related sporting use only. Top Bin Customs is not responsible for damage caused by incorrect application, misuse, or failure to follow care instructions.
