Every set of Top Bin graphics is custom-made for your  boots. Because of this personalised nature, our policy works a bit differently than your typical high-street shop.

 

As all items are custom-made and personalised, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges for: change of mind or incorrect name, number, or personalisation entered at checkout.


Please double-check all personalisation details before placing your order.


If your item arrives faulty or damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at INFO@TOPBIN.CO.UK.


To help us resolve the issue quickly, include your order number and clear photos of the issue. If a fault is confirmed, we will offer a replacement or refund where appropriate.
