2. PRODUCTS & CUSTOM ORDERS

 

All products sold by Top Bin Customs are custom-made and personalised according to the details provided by the customer at the time of order.

 

It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that all customisation details (including spelling, numbers, and placement) are correct before completing the order.

 

Once an order has been placed, customisation details cannot be changed.

 

3. ORDERING & PAYMENT

 

• Orders are subject to acceptance and availability

• Payment must be made in full at the time of ordering

• Payments are processed securely via third-party providers

Shipping times are provided as estimates only and may vary due to demand or external factors.

 

Top Bin Customs is not responsible for delays caused by postal or courier services once an order has been dispatched.

 

Please ensure your delivery address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for orders delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

 

6. RETURNS & REFUNDS

 

Due to the personalised nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges for:

• Change of mind

• Incorrect customisation details provided by the customer

 

This does not affect your statutory rights.

 

7. FAULTY OR DAMAGED ITEMS

 

If your order arrives faulty or damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

• Your order number

• Clear photographs showing the issue

 

If a fault is confirmed, we will offer a replacement or refund where appropriate.
